We built our own load board to connect merchant delivery requests with our approved Cargo Track drivers. Access is reserved for our driver network, and drivers must sign in to accept a load.
A clear place to find the next trip.
Drivers can review available deliveries, accept a load, and access the pickup and drop-off details. Once accepted, the load is assigned to that driver and followed through completion.

Merchant requests feed into the Cargo Track delivery workflow. The load board links driver acceptance with QR pickup, GPS information, status updates, and proof of delivery.

The central platform connects delivery orders, driver assignments, status updates, GPS information, and delivery records. Merchants and drivers use their own portals to take care of their part of the same trip.

Create
The merchant enters the delivery details, prepares the packages, and generates the order’s QR label.
Assign
An approved, signed-in Cargo Track driver accepts the available load through our proprietary load board. The delivery is assigned to that driver for pickup and completion.
Track
The driver scans the pickup QR and updates trip progress. Location information helps document the delivery journey.
Confirm
The driver captures proof of delivery and marks the trip complete, connecting the final handoff to the order record.
Delivery Records
Order details, QR references, driver assignment, and status information belong to the delivery’s tracking record. This provides a reference for reviewing the trip and answering delivery questions.
Proof of Delivery
Delivery proof photos are stored separately from QR and tracking records on the server. They document the handoff while remaining associated with the correct delivery.
